In every milieu, there are those individuals whose contributions to the history of mankind that transcends the mundane. These extraordinary individuals open the mind to new ideas and new vistas, and deserve special recognition.

Starships of the Third Fleet is delighted to recognize these historic individuals by conferring the title of “Ambassador Plenipotentiary” on a select few artists, astronauts and meteorite hunters.

The following pages present their impressive biographies and provide links for additional information about their lives, their contributions, and their dreams.
