Physical Appearance: SLT Sharkey is tall and muscular and he maintains his physique by spending much of his free time in the gym. Sharkey wears a mustache, which he keeps short and well trimmed.

Personality: James Sharkey Jr. was born and raised on Marine military bases throughout the Federation. He was taught early the value of friendship. He is a friendly person quick to engage in conversation. He is fiercely loyal to his friends and the Marine Corps.

History: SLT Sharkey was born on the marine installation in Orlando, Florida on Earth. His entire life was spent traveling to other bases throughout the quadrant. Once of age he was accepted into the Corps. James was accepted into flight school where he excelled and was rewarded with his wings. SLT Sharkey furthered his piloting skills at New Miramar, the top gun pilot school for Starfleet Marines. He finished second in his class of thirty.

Sharkey was assigned to the USS VICTORY where he served for two years before being transferred to the USS PHOENIX.
